  • Once a booking is confirmed, the dakshina is non-refundable under any circumstances (see our Refund & Returns Policy).

4. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate details (name, gotra, date, purpose of puja, etc.) during booking.

  • Any incorrect or incomplete information may affect the puja process, and we will not be responsible for the same.

  • Customers must ensure they have a stable internet connection if the puja requires live participation.

5. Scheduling & Rescheduling

  • Pujas are performed as per the date and time agreed at the time of booking.

  • In case of unavoidable circumstances, we may reschedule the puja, but no refunds will be issued.
