At Shastriji Online, we provide online puja and related spiritual services. We value the faith and trust you place in us when booking a puja. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a booking.

1. No Refund Policy

• All payments (dakshina) made for puja bookings or related services are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Once a booking is confirmed and the dakshina is received, it is considered a final contribution towards the puja.

2. Nature of Services

• Our services are intangible spiritual offerings (such as online puja, rituals, and related guidance). Since these are not physical goods, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

• The dakshina received is an offering made in good faith and devotion, and it is not subject to return.

3. Booking Cancellations

• If you are unable to attend the puja session at the scheduled time, you may inform us in advance.

• While we may, at our discretion, attempt to reschedule the service, no refund will be provided.

4. Technical Issues

• In case of technical problems (such as internet disconnection or platform issues) during the puja, we will make a sincere effort to complete or reschedule the service.

• However, this does not entitle the customer to a refund.

5. Customer Responsibility

• It is your responsibility to provide correct details (name, gotra, date, etc.) at the time of booking.

• Incorrect or incomplete information will not be considered a valid reason for a refund.

6. Consent

By booking a puja or making a payment on Shastriji Online, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund & Returns Policy.
